David’s journey began with the introduction of supported mentoring into Europe in the early 1980s, followed by his role in bringing 360-degree feedback into widespread use. He went on to co-found the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, which remains one of the most respected professional bodies in the field. David continues to serve as its Special Ambassador. His work has been recognised internationally, including a place in the Global Gurus Top 30 and his designation as a Thinkers 50 Coaching Legend.
As an author of some 80 books and thousands of articles, David has consistently sought to make complex ideas accessible and usable, coining the term “simplexity” to describe the art of simplifying without distortion. He holds a visiting professorship at Henley Business School and contributes to shaping the next generation of leaders and thinkers. - Once you've reviewed our speaker propsal and have selected and expert shortlist, we'll double check availability and fees with your chosen expert.

- Next, we'll send out contracts to confirm the booking. One of our experienced event producers will liase with both you and the talent on the finer details, and arrange travel if necessary, taking the stress off your plate.

Virtual keynote fees in the UK and Europe typically start at £2,000, while in-person top-tier speakers can reach £25,000. In the US, virtual in-person fees range from $5,000 to over $100,000, depending on the speaker and format, such as after-dinner talks, conference keynotes, Q&As, or podcasts. Comedians generally start at £1,500 or $2,000 for a 20-minute set.
