As the co-founder of MSC Marketing Bureau, her branding strategies have helped some of the leading thinkers of our time to spread their messages and make an impact. She has also coached numerous executives and CEOs around the world to enable them to build their presence and bring forth their authentic leadership qualities to inspire their teams and audiences. In recent years, Maria has provided coaching to numerous TED and TEDx speakers and serves as a TEDx speaker curator and coach.
Maria combines her line and consulting experience to enable her clients to design and implement effective strategies. With a track record of collaborating with major companies around the world, Maria has specialised in areas such as Leadership Presence and Influence programmes, and Vision and Values design and implementation processes. She has also led initiatives focused on building trust and enhancing communication within organisations.
Maria is a Certified Visionary Leadership Coach (OKVLC), an NLP Associate Practitioner, and a certified Practitioner of the Global Leadership Assessment (GLA360 Assessment). Maria’s personal branding workshop has been recognised as #2 in the world by Global Gurus for three consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023). While the speakers listed on our website may not have worked with PepTalk in the past, they are recognized professionals in the industry and known to engage in similar events and engagements. We work with a wide variety of speaker agents and talent agencies to ensure we have the best selection of speakers, hosts, comedians and entertainers available.

Virtual keynote fees in the UK and Europe typically start at £2,000, while in-person top-tier speakers can reach £25,000. In the US, virtual in-person fees range from $5,000 to over $100,000, depending on the speaker and format, such as after-dinner talks, conference keynotes, Q&As, or podcasts. Comedians generally start at £1,500 or $2,000 for a 20-minute set.
