Herminia serves on the governing body of London Business School and chaired the Harvard Business School Visiting Committee from 2012 to 2016, having been a member since 2009. She has also served on the INSEAD board of directors. Originally from Cuba, she earned her MA and PhD from Yale University, where she was a National Science Fellow.
She is the author of two bestselling books, "Act Like a Leader, Think Like a Leader" and "Working Identity". Herminia regularly contributes to leading academic journals and business publications, including the Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. Her article, The Leader as Coach, won the 2019 Warren Bennis Prize for the best leadership article in the Harvard Business Review.

Comedians generally start at £1,500 or $2,000 for a 20-minute set.
