The aim of this interactive session is for attendees to understand what is holding them back and take steps to build their confidence. Attendees will be given space to reflect on their perceived limitations, understand what limiting beliefs are and how they are created, learn how to challenge and reframe their limiting beliefs and be given advice on how to step out of their comfort zone.
Many people experience imposter syndrome, negative thoughts and lack of confidence but this doesn’t need to be the norm. During this empowering session, Elyssa will help employees understand their mind more and learn actionable steps to manage their mindset. The session will cover 5 common mindset traps and how to overcome them, the inner critic and inner nurturer, how their thoughts become their actions and how we can create meanings from different situations.
Work can sometimes become stressful and overwhelming, whether it's being new in a role, managing multiple deadlines or dealing with challenging situations. This session provides attendees with tools they can utilise to calm their mind and body if they are feeling stressed or overwhelmed. Attendees will be taken through a relaxing meditation, learn about the fight or flight response, be guided through 4 techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, learn 5 ways to calm their mind and create a toolbox of their favourite techniques.

- We’ll take your event details — topic, audience, budget, date, and location — and create a custom speaker proposal for you within 48 hours.
- If you already have someone in mind, that’s okay too; just let us know their name! Even if they aren't listed publicly on our website, we have a huge network and work with almost everyone.
- Once you've reviewed our speaker propsal and have selected and expert shortlist, we'll double check availability and fees with your chosen expert.
- You're welcome to have a chemistry call with the speaker before making the final decision, too.
- Next, we'll send out contracts to confirm the booking. One of our experienced event producers will liase with both you and the talent on the finer details, and arrange travel if necessary, taking the stress off your plate.

In the US, virtual in-person fees range from $5,000 to over $100,000, depending on the speaker and format, such as after-dinner talks, conference keynotes, Q&As, or podcasts. Comedians generally start at £1,500 or $2,000 for a 20-minute set.
