With a distinguished career at Ulster Rugby, where he earned 229 caps and 70 international appearances for Ireland, Andrew has a wealth of experience in high-pressure environments. His transition from elite sport to business was marked by a commitment to continuous learning, having pursued academic qualifications alongside his playing career.
After retiring from rugby, Andrew co-founded Kairos, a software company that enhances performance and communication for elite sports teams. Under his leadership, Kairos gained recognition for its innovative approach, collaborating with prominent football teams in the Premier League and major franchises in the MLB and NBA. The company was acquired by Teamworks Innovations, where Andrew now serves as a Senior Director of Product.
Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Queen’s University Belfast, a Postgraduate in Management from the University of London, and an MSc in Finance from Queen’s University Belfast, graduating with distinction. His academic background, combined with 14 years of learning from top rugby coaches, has equipped him with a unique perspective on the dynamics of teamwork and leadership.

Virtual keynote fees in the UK and Europe typically start at £2,000, while in-person top-tier speakers can reach £25,000. In the US, virtual in-person fees range from $5,000 to over $100,000, depending on the speaker and format, such as after-dinner talks, conference keynotes, Q&As, or podcasts. Comedians generally start at £1,500 or $2,000 for a 20-minute set.
