Drawing on his own journey, including the loss of his mother to ovarian cancer, becoming a parent to a daughter born with three holes in her heart, receiving an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood, and growing up feeling visibly different, Amit illustrates how stories influence understanding and connection. He demonstrates why storytelling is a critical leadership skill, enabling organisations to foster empathy, compassion, and inclusion.
